Vengeance & The Panther Queen

“We Who Feel Our Lobes Of Penitence Groped By Things With Petrol Claws…”

With more words in the title than the number of tracks on the EP itself, ‘We Who Feel Our Lobes Of Penitence Groped By Things With Petrol Claws…’ is the new 4 track EP from Irish punk 5 piece Vengeance & The Panther Queen.

The band have been chosen as one of the opening bands at Guns n Roses forthcoming Dublin shows and should make an impression. Blending punk, metal and party rock sounds the band also have a female vocalist, Tara McCormack, who conjures up visions of No Doubt at their peak.

“My Ebola” is a frantic track, “This Is Not A Dignified Way To Make A Living” is almost a mixture of sea shanty and punk epic, there is a cover of US band Millions of Dead Cops track “I Hate Work”, whilst the E.P’s best track “Party Fight” is no doubt biographical and should set the band apart from their peers.

With the release of “We Who Feel Our Lobes Of Penitence Groped By Things With Petrol Claws…” and that all important opening slot, this should be just the springboard that the band need.
