Accept plan to record a new album next year – the band’s 50th anniversary – with producer Chris ‘Zeuss’ Harris.

Bryan Adams releases his new album ‘Roll with the Punches’ on August 29.

Alcatrazz have signed with Bravewords Records with the new album planned for a 2026 release.

Ashes of Ares, the duo featuring former Iced Earth members Matt Barlow and Freddie Vidales, release their new studio album, ‘New Messiahs’, in Europe on July 18 and in North America on August 8 via ROAR!

Big Big Train release a new live album, ‘Are We Nearly There Yet?’, on September 19 (streaming from November 3).

The Black Keys release their latest album ‘No Rain, No Flowers’ on August 8 via Easy Eye Sound/Parlophone.

Joe Bonamassa  releases his latest album ‘Breakthough’ on July 18 and it was once again produced by Kevin Shirley.

Double Vision release their self-titled debut album on July 11 through Frontiers.

Elbow release a new EP, ‘Audio Vertigo Echo elbow EP 5′, through Polydor/GEFFEN on June 6.

Halestorm (pictured) release their sixth album ‘Everest’ on August 9 via Atlantic.

Jethro Tull have announced they will release a six CD box set of their 1972 double compilation album ‘Living In The Past’, retitled as ’Still Living In The Past’, through Parlophone/Warner Music on July 11.

Malvada release their new, self-titled album out on June 13 via Frontiers.

Metallica has announced the definitive re-release of their sixth studio album ‘Load’, due out June 13 via the band’s own Blackened Recordings. The standard ‘Load (Remastered)’ will be available as 2LP, CD, cassette and digital, plus a deluxe numbered boxset that features 301 tracks, 245 of which are previously unreleased.

After 49 years, Motörhead have uncovered the collection of songs recorded from their first ever studio session in 1976. ‘The Manticore Tapes’ is  released on June 27.

The Night Eternal have signed with Metal Blade Records.

Queen release their self-titled debut album as limited-edition Audiophile Blu-ray on June 13.

Savatage’s Jon Olivia says in a recent interview with YouTube channel Rocktamblos that the aim is to start recording the band’s new album in January 2026.

Suede release their tenth studio album Antidepressants on 5 September via BMG.

Three Days Grace release their eighth album ‘Alienation’ on August 22 via RCA Records.

Tragik release their latest album ‘Crescendo’ on May 28 on Rock Company Records.

Paul Weller releases a new covers album, ‘Find El Dorado’, through Parlophone on July 25. The album features new versions of songs by Richie Havens, The Flying Burrito Brothers, Bee Gees, The Kinks, and guests on the album include from Hannah Peel, Robert Plant, Amelia Coburn and Noel Gallagher.

Billy Joel has postponed all his upcoming live dates after being diagnosed with a rare brain disorder.

3 Doors Down have cancelled all their touring plans after frontman Brad Arnold was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer.

After his current US tour is completed Devin Townsend will take an indefinite break from touring.

Black Label Society plan to tour in 2026.

Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler and members of Soundgarden have been added to the bill for Black Sabbath’s final concert.

Tilles Center For The Performing Arts and Long Island University’s Post Theatre Company are to develop and stage the world premiere production of ’Feels Like The First Time – The Foreigner Musical’ in 2026.

Spinal Tap’s book ‘A Fine Line Between Stupid and Clever’ is published by Simon & Schuster in the UK on September 9.

Kid Kapachi has announced that guitarist Ben Beetham and drummer George Macdonald are leaving the band.

Bassist Andy Bell has confirmed he will be part of the reunited Oasis line-up.

Scott Devers has replaced Zak Starkey in the Who.

Vocalist Kelly Hansen will leave Foreigner at the end of their current summer tour. His replacement is the band’s multi-instrumentalist Luis Maldonado.

‘Magnum – A Passage in Time’ will be screened at Birmingham’s New Street Odeon at 7.30pm on Friday 18 July.

Pink Floyd’s live album ‘Pink Floyd at Pompeii – MCMLXXII’ topped the UK album charts, the seventh of the band’s albums to achieve this feat.
