DeathDealer (who feature Ross the Boss ex-Manowwar/The Dictators) release their new album ‘Hallowed Ground’ on September 11th via SMG Records.
Newman will release their new, as yet untitled album, by the end of the year.
Trixter’s Steve Brown will stand-in for Vivian Campbell on Def Leppard’s upcoming tour dates. Vivian Campbell has reported that his cancer has returned and will need time to receive further treatment.
Royal Hunt have named their upcoming album ‘Devil’s Dozen’.
Guitarist Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake/ex-Night Ranger) has signed with Frontiers for a solo album under the handle Joel Hoesktra’s 13 which will be released in October. The line-up includes Russell Allen, Jeff Scott Soto, Tony Franklin and Vinny Appice.
Drive, She Said are back recording a new album and Fiona guests on a song.
Styx release a vinyl box set ‘The A&M Years 1975-1984′ on July 17th.
Aerosmith releases ‘Aerosmith Rocks Donington 2014′ on CD/DVD/Blu-Ray on Sep 4th.
Muse debut at number one in the UK album charts this week. The Rolling Stones ‘Sticky Fingers’ debuted at no.7; FFS (Sparks and Franz Ferdinand) at no.17 and Tremonti at no.23.
