Pop rock duo Geoff Downes and Chris Braide release their second album as Downes Braide Association (DBA) on 6 November. Downes is best known as the keyboard maestro with bands like Asia and Yes whilst Chris Braide has written for and produced artists such as Kylie, Britney Spears and Lana de Rey.
Together as DBA they released their first album to widespread positive reviews in 2012 – ‘Pictures Of You’ – and the follow up ‘Suburban Ghosts’ continues the high standard and the unashamed 80′s influences.
In a two-hour special on Get Ready to ROCK! Radio (Sunday 25 October at 22:00) David Randall chats to Chris Braide and Geoff Downes about their project and respective careers with tracks from the new and related albums.
The sequence is repeated on Monday 26 October (22:00) and Friday 30 October (22:00).
