Vocalist Carsten Schulz has announced the details of his solo project the Carsten Lizard Schulz Syndicate. The 16 track double CD is called ‘The Day The Earth Stopped Turning’ and will be released later this year.
Mike Portnoy is working a new album that he describes as ‘full-on metal’.
Sirenia will release their new album, ‘The Seventh Life Path’, on April 27th on Napalm Records.
David Byrne (Talking Heads) will curate this year’s Meltdown festival at the Southbank Centre in London.

Ron Wood has revealed in a recent interview with Radio.Com that the Faces may play a US date this year and if successful follow it with more US dates. He also confirmed that the Rolling Stones will tour the US this summer.
