Angelus Apatrida have signed with Napalm Records and release an EP ‘The Reckoning’ on November 19.

Bangalore Choir release ‘Payload’ via El Puerto Records on November 6.

The Beatles release a box set (4CD/5LP) of their ‘Rubber Soul’ album on October 2.

Blacktop Mojo have released the single ’10 Year Itch’ ahead of their new album, ‘Discount Fireworks’, which is due out October 23.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Boston’s self-titled debut album, Tom Scholz and Impex Records have announced a definitive vinyl LP and SACD/Hybrid reissue, tentatively due in the second quarter of 2027. Tom Scholz is personally supervising all aspects of the production, and the release includes previously unreleased demos. Boston guitarist Gary Pihl is also involved in the project.

Butcher Babies will release their new album, ‘Nightbloom’, on October 2 via Judge & Jury Records.

Eliza Carthy releases her new album ‘Frenemies’ on October 26 and it features guests including Jools Holland, Robyn Hitchcock, Miranda Richardson, Tim McInnerny and more.

Down release their long-awaited new album, ‘Volume V’, on November 20 via Nuclear Blast.

Dragonland have released ‘Survival Of Mankind’ as the first single from their upcoming album, ‘Prophecies’, due on October 23 via Scarlet Records.

Enslaved release their new album, ‘Mið’, on October 30 via Nuclear Blast.

The Flower Kings return with their new album, ‘Hope’, due out on October 23 on InsideOut Music.

Focus have a 6CD live box set bringing together all of the band’s live albums from 2016 – 2021 released on October 30 via Cherry Red.

Fontaines D.C. release their fifth album ‘Dopamine Chamber’ on October 24.

Tony Iommi releases his solo album ‘From the Dark’ on October 23 with Jorn Lande revealed as the vocalist. Drummer Karl Brazil and Mercyful Fate & Fury bassist Becky Baldwin also feature on the album.

Iron Savior will release a new studio album, ‘Deathbringer’, on November 13 via Frontiers.

Nightwish’s Floor Jansen will release her second solo album ‘Hytress’ on January 15 via REVAMP Music/Warner Music.

Till Lindemann releases ‘Live In Kraków’ On September 25.

Yngwie Malmsteen has announced his new album, ‘Hell Or High Water’, will be released on November 13 via Music Theories Recordings/Artone Label Group.

Ministry release their final album ‘Hate to Go – Take Out or Delivery’ on October 30. They have also announced farewell UK & European dates for April next year.

Tom Morello releases his first solo rock album, ‘Everyone Gets Everything They Want’, on September 25 via Mom + Pop Music.

Mystic Prophecy have announced their new album, ‘In Metal’, is set for release on November 27 via the Perception label.

Pallas release their new album ‘A Song for Tomorrow’ on October 30 through Cherry Red.

Ben Poole releases his latest album ‘Post-Midnight Behaviour’ on September 25 and released ‘Empty’ as the second single from the album.

‘Queen Budapest’ will screen in selected cinemas and IMAX from October 7. On October 30 a 3LP, 2CD, DVD, Blu-ray and digital editions of ‘Queen Budapest’ will be released.

Steeleye Span’s Maddy Prior and former Steeleye member Peter Knight, have announced plans to release a new album in February next year, with UK tour dates also planned around the time of the album’s release.

Francis Rossi releases ‘The Way We Were Vol. 2′ on September 25.

Shogun Mojo, who feature KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer and Dan Reed, release their self-titled debut album on November 6 on Frontiers. They released ‘Under the Gun’ as the first single.

Sleep release ‘Hemispheres’ on September 3 digitally and October 30 in physical formats via Jack White’s Third Man Records.

Joe Stump releases his new solo album, ‘Lord of the Strings’, on October 16 via Silver Lining Music.

Bernie Taupin, Elton John’s long-time songwriting partner, has announced his first solo album in almost 40 years. ‘The Sea Has No Mercy’ is released on October 23 via Vertigo Records and MCA Nashville.

Richard Thompson releases a new album, ‘Hippies, Thugs And Heroes’, on October 16 via New West Records.

Thundermother will release their new album ‘Mothers of Thunder’ in February.

Deko Entertainment will release the self-titled debut album from Trapeze in October on 180-gram blue vinyl and limited to 500 copies worldwide.

Glenn Hughes will step back from live performance due to health issues and heart surgery.

John 5 has announced his solo band The Creatures will feature Wednesday 13 on vocals for the summer 2027 tour dates with Wacken 2027 the first confirmed date.

Brett Michaels has cancelled all his remaining US tour dates as he recovers from surgery.

Ozzfest will return in the summer of 2027 and will initially be a one day event at Aston Villa FC.

Rose Tattoo have cancelled this month’s remaining European dates as Angry Anderson has been hospitalized.

Roxette’s upcoming 40th anniversary US & Canadian tour has been cancelled by Live Nation due to “increased costs”.

Former AC/DC, The Firm and Manfred Mann’s Earthband drummer Chris Slade has announced his retirement from live show.

Rod Stewart has cancelled his remaining US tour dates as he recovers from heart surgery.

These Wicked Rivers will support Robert Jon & The Wreck on their October UK tour.

Adrian Vandenburg has cancelled his upcoming US tour due to ongoing health issues.

Curved Air have cancelled their August/September dates, which included two festivals, due to a medical emergency.  The “farewell tour” will be rescheduled to 2027.

Other Stuff

The Virginia National Ballet’s production of Aerosmith will be staged at the Hylton Performing Arts Center’s Merchant Hall in Manassas on May 2, 2027. It will feature music from across the band’s catalogue.

A new Linkin Park documentary ‘Unshatter’ will be shown in selected cinemas on September 30.

The Hollies have retired from touring after Tony Hicks announced he had stepped down from touring due to health reasons, and soon after, out of respect, Bobby Elliott had also decided to retire from touring. Both Hicks and Elliott have been in the band since they formed in 1963.

Guitarist Andy La Rocque has left King Diamond after more than four decades, with Gus G announced as his replacement.

After nearly 30 years together, Slipknot have parted ways with keyboardist and DJ Sid Wilson.

Stand By Me: Bob Harris – A Celebration Of Life In Music will take place on December 2.

Stars including Sir Roger Daltrey, Paul Weller and Robert Plant will honour the broadcaster in a tribute to his career at the Royal Albert Hall.  The one-off show will also include performances by Rick Wakeman, Carly Pearce, Chris Difford, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Judie Tzuke, Kate Rusby, The Shires, Kezia Gill and Toby Lee.

Glen Hansard, who as well as being a solo performer, was a member of The Frames and The Swell Season.

ZZ Top drummer Frank Beard, who was a co-founder of the band in 1969 with Billy Gibbons.

Country music icon Dolly Parton, who recorded with many rock artists over the years including Motley Crue, Ann Wilson Steve Perry and Rob Halford.
