Bryan Adams has signed with BMG who will release his new album later this year.

Elles Bailey has released a new single ‘Cheats & Liars’. It’s the first single from her third album Shining in the Half Light’ which is due next year.

‘Black Country Communion’ and ‘Black Country Communion 2′ will be released on exclusive glow in the dark vinyl on 24 September and ‘BCCIV’ will be released on 22 October via Mascot Records/Mascot Label Group.

Caravan release their new album ‘It’s None Of Your Business’ on CD 8 October 2021 and vinyl on 8 November through Madfish Music.

The Doobie Brothers release their latest album ‘Liberté’ on October 1. Four songs from the album are on an EP now available on streaming services.

Enslaved release a four-track EP Caravans To The Outer Worlds’, which will be released through Nuclear Blast on October 1.

Feeder release their new album ‘Torpedo’ on March 18 via Big Teeth.

Genesis release a new collection, ‘The Last Domino?’, as a four LP or 2CD set on September 17.

Jon Gomm will reissue his 2013 record  ’Secrets Nobody Keeps’ through Kscope on September 24.

Houston release their new album ‘IV’ on October 8 via Frontiers.

Billy Idol has announced his first new release in seven years. His ‘The Roadside’ EP will be released on September 17 via Dark Horse Records.

Kissin’ Dynamite release their new album ‘Not The End of the Road’ on January 22 on their new label Napalm Records.

Jamie Kyle will release her new album next spring and has a new single, ‘Wild One’, out on September 3.

L.A. Guns release their new album ‘Chequered Past’ on November 12 via Frontiers.

Magnum plan to release their latest studio album in January via SPV/Steamhammer. The band are also planning to celebrate their 50th anniversary next year.

Tom Morello releases his new album ‘The Atlas Underground Fire‘ on October 15 on Mom + Pop Music.

Mostly Autumn release their new album, ‘Graveyard Star’, through their own Mostly Autumn Records on September 24.

Sony release two LP versions of Ozzy Osbourne’s 1991 album ‘No More Tears’ on September 17.

Red Sand release their new album, a concept piece based on the seven deadly sins, ‘The Sound of the Seventh Bell‘ on October 1 via Unicorn Digital.

Running Wild release their new album ‘Blood On Blood’ on October 29 through SPV/Steamhammer.

Carlos Santana has signed with BMG who will release his latest album ‘Blessings and Miracles‘ on October 15, with a new single is due later this month.

BMG launch a series of Slade vinyl re-issues with ’Slayed?‘ on September 3.

The Starlite Campbell Band release their second album ‘The Language of Curiosity’ on November 5 on Supertone Records.

UK Festivals 2021

Rock N Raise takes place on 15 September at Newcastle’s Wylam Brewery and features Andy Taylor (ex-Duran Duran, Powerstation), Spike (The Quireboys) and Thunder’s Luke Morely.

King Crimson have announced their current US tour will be their last one in that country.

Primal Fear have cancelled all their upcoming 2021 & 2022 tour dates due to a ‘serious health issue’.

HRH Prog 13 will take place between September 3 and 4 2022 at the O2 Academy, Leeds. Bands confirmed so far are Big Big Train, the Flower Kings, Curved Air, John Lees’ Barclay James Harvest, RPWL, The Tirith, Stray, Lost Stoned Pandas, Seas Of Mirth, Mindspeak and Mobius.

Other Stuff

Elwood Francis, previously the band’s guitar tech, will replace Dusty Hill, who passed away last month, in ZZ Top.

Alice Cooper has officially endorsed a new colouring book, ‘Welcome 2 My Nightmare’, based on his career which is published at the end of this month.

Drummer Deen Castronova has re-joined Journey. He was most recently a member of the Dead Daisies. Also, bassist Marco Mendoza is sitting in for Randy Jackson who is due to have surgery.

Howie Simon will step in for Stryper guitarist Oz Fox as he recovers from recent surgery.

Rudy Sarzo will rejoin Quiet Riot next year, eighteen years after he left the band, and will be part of the band’s 50th anniversary tour.

The forthcoming authorised Led Zeppelin documentary ‘Becoming Led Zeppelin’ is set to premiere at the Venice International Film Festival next month.

Steve Jordan will occupy the drumstool on the Rolling Stones current US dates.

Sebastian Berg is the new drummer in Kissin’ Dynamite.

Guitarist Marc Rizzo has left Soulfly to pursue a solo project.

Guitarist Mike Stone will continue to be part of Queensryche’s touring band for the rest of the year.

James LoMenzo will be the touring bassist for Megadeth. He was previously in the band between 2006 and 2010.

The Cure bassist Simon Gallup has said on his Facebook page he is longer a member of the band.

Gloryhammer have parted ways with vocalist Thomas Winkler.
